Sergei Belavin, a Russian-Ukrainian dual citizen is investigated by Russian officers for blowing up a railroad track in the Bryansk region in Russia last summer. Sergei Belavin was sentenced to 22 years in a “strict regime” penal colony by the military court in Moscow in Russian on Wednesday, 26, Jul. 2023.
