Complaints

If you have problems with a news article, you have the right to complain. In order to make a complaint, you need to fill in the form below and include all the details as to why it is that you are unhappy with the article.

The complaint will then be looked at by a member of the team not connected to the story, and if it is found that on the face of it there appear to be issues that need to be addressed, a team of three professionals will be asked to investigate.

They may then contact you for more information and contact the journalist(s) concerned before making a judgement usually within 48 hours.

If you send us an email, the email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. We will not share, sell, rent, swap, or authorise any third party to use your email address for commercial purposes without your permission.

The result of the judgement will then be published and if in your favour, it will be recorded against the journalist. Personal information provided for purposes of the complaint will only be shared with your permission when publishing the judgement.
