Internships

We offer internships either at our offices or remotely. 

Please send us your CV and a letter explaining why you want to work with NewsX. You will then be invited to take part in an evaluation that can last from a day to a week. 

The time needed depends on your experience, and while you are with us, you can try out the different roles we offer and get to see how a virtual newsroom operates. At the end of it, we'll decide together what the best way forward is. We will determine if you are eligible to train for a role, and you can decide if you want to continue. 

For people who are new to the media, we offer internships lasting up to three months. 

Like the one-week internship, it will be assessed constantly and once completed, if you have qualified for certain newsroom roles, we will offer you the chance to carry on working with us on a paid basis. 

Training is provided throughout the process, not only using online manuals and videos we provide but also with feedback from senior editors and corrections to the material as it is created during the editorial process.
