Deputy detonated grenades in the building of the village council in Kerets'ky in the Transcarpathian region in Ukraine on Friday, Dec. 15, 2023. 26 people were injured as a result of the event, 6 of whom are in serious condition.Note: Picture is screenshot from a video.
