A woman with a huge tumour on her bum has revealed how she begged her husband to dump her because she is so ashamed of her body, but he refused, insisting that he loves her and will stand by her as they fight the disease. Olga Karas, 34, from Ufa, Russia, is unable to walk or sleep properly...
