This consent gives NewsX and its media partners permission to share, republish and broadcast your video and/or picture material.
By allowing NewsX to use your video and/or picture material, you confirm:
You are the owner of the content, or that you have the necessary rights to grant NewsX a non-exclusive license to the video and/or picture material. You confirm that at the time of granting, the content does not belong to a third party and it does not violate the privacy rights, copyright and other intellectual property rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.
You hereby grant NewsX and its partners a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the video and/or picture material content in any media format including commercial and social media players and through any media channels. We reserve the right to remove your content, at any time and for any reason.
You confirm that your description of the events in the video and/or pictures is true to the best of your knowledge.
Aside from the conditions of distribution described here, you retain all ownership rights to your video and/or pictures.
